I’m one of the family here at Dogs Love Cats and am so happy to be meeting you!

My favourite thing in the world is being outdoors. Do you like being active and playing sports? I love football, basketball, skiing, cycling, and swimming… well, pretty much every sport you can think of! I’m always running holes into my trainers from being on my feet all the time and my shorts are constantly in the wash basket – its dirty work perfecting all those sliding tackles, you know!

Every day, before and after school, the first thing I do is put my trainers on and run outside. Mummy says that I need to stop for lunch and eat lots more to keep my energy up but there are too many exciting things happening to stop for food! I don’t want to miss out on scoring the first goal or reaching the finish line just because it’s lunchtime.

I’m also very curious and want to know everything just like my Daddy does. He can answer any question in the world and is the smartest person that’s ever lived! I want to know everything just like him when I grow up so I ask lots and lots of questions like, “How does a duck stay on top of the water?”, “Why can an aeroplane fly?” and “Why is the sky blue?”. Normally Daddy knows all the answers but sometimes he has to look them up on the computer – this must be when my questions are really really hard.

Daddy says there are two sides to my personality – the polite and attentive side and the loud and mischievous side that usually gets me into trouble. I don’t mean to be naughty… sometimes I just don’t understand why I’m not allowed to do something and I’m sure it wouldn’t be too bad to just do it a little bit. When Daddy tells me off, I always say sorry and promise never to do it again before giving Mummy and Daddy a cuddle at the end.

Even when I’ve been naughty, Mummy and Daddy are always telling me how much they love me and giving me lots of cuddles. They both say, “You can’t have it all!” and tell me that the most important thing is to make sure I’m kind and polite all the time.

Thinking about it, Mummy and Daddy are my favourite people ever. My favourite time of the day is bedtime. Every single night, we all sit together in my bedroom and talk about what we’ve done in our day. And then, they always choose the best bedtime stories that make me really sleepy and ready for bed.

I love bedtimes with Mummy and Daddy.
